I wanted to tell the families some other way than just telling them, so we conjured up a plan for Kyle to take a picture of the family right after he said "Smile and say, 'Lori's pregnant and due in January!'"
We tried it out on my family first.
No one believed him.I guess he had a history of being a jokester.
We decided to take another one.
Kyle's family believed him a little more. Here's the real thing.
Both families were very excited!It's amazing how much can change in a year.

Several months ago, Josh and my family were having breakfast together the day I found out I was pregnant. I announced it at the table, saying "Sammy just found out he's going to be a BIG brother!". My dad just looked at me for a moment and said, "Huhhhhh, You're kidding, right?".
So much for having our families believe us!!!
