We've had it for a little under a month and I LOVE IT!
I like to toast our homemade bread and make a lot of tuna melts. I'm also trying to bake with it more. Everything bakes in a snap! Actually, everything literally bakes in 1/3 the time it takes to bake in a normal oven and it saves me from heating up the entire apartment when I bake one measly little french fry. (Not that I would ever bake just one french fry, but you know what I mean.) I'm trying to get even more creative in what to bake or toast in it. I haven't had much time to experiment though. I'll probably use it more when the weather isn't quite so nice to grill.
I do have to say though, toasted bread with peanut butter and honey is probably my favorite though. Mmmmm...
In other news: yesterday I had the day off from work and I went over to Katie's house who's girl, Madelyn, is only one week younger than Caleb. Caleb loved playing with her toys.

is that little chair caleb is sitting in a "learn to sit" chair? He looks pretty excited about it:)
yeah, it is! He tries to grab things on the floor from it though and bends over in a really weird angle.
