That would be all fine and dandy if Caleb was a baby, but he's extremely unbabyish at the moment. His favorite words right now are "Yeah" and "Bo" as in "Yeah, Bo (PELINI)" or so I'm guessing. Now, excuse me for assuming, but most babies I know aren't versed in Husker football and yelling out the new football coach's name everywhere he goes.
As I was saying before , I set out to get a picture of Caleb because the last one was taken when he was less than 11 months old and, my goodness, he's almost a year and a half already.
We took a nice little bike ride out to a little park, housing an outdoor tennis court. For some reason, I'm drawn to this tennis court whenever I take pictures. Rather, I'm drawn to a single wooden panel on a small part of one side.
I took some 8 month shots here. Oh my goodness he was a cutie!
So we went back to the wood panel and I tried to take some nice pictures for the blog. However, I forgot that Caleb doesn't pose anymore. He has two modes. He runs and he stops. He was on running mode at this particular moment.
He wasn't willing to stop and smile or even look at the camera.
He was on a very important mission to remind me where I left the bike.
He WAS going to show it to me and we WERE going to go take another bike ride.
After looking at the photos again, I realized that this is who Caleb is. This is what kind of little man he is most of the time. A man on a mission. Not a little smiley, posing doll for me to twist and turn so I can take just the right picture.
So, here you have it. Just look up, waaay to the top of the blog and you'll find the picture. He's in running mode and very much like Caleb. (Ang, you can even insert the "Oooo, ooo, ooo, ooo." cuz he was doing that the whole time.)
On a WHOLE DIFFERENT NOTE:
Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!!!!!!
It's their golden anniversary soon --30 years on the 30th!
This picture was taken 1/6th of the way through their marriage so far. That little eskimo is me.

I like your new header picture and all the other ones too. This grandma doesn't care if he doesn't pose - he's cute and lovable anyway. Happy anniversary to Denny and Carla! G-ma F.
