Sometimes though, he asks the same question over and over, even though we've just answered him. Usually this happens when we're going somewhere in the car.
A couple of days ago we went to Scheels to get some baseball shoes for Kyle. Caleb kept on saying, "Mommy, Scheels is?" "Daddy, Scheels is?" over and over.
And we kept on saying answers like, "Well we have to go straight for a while, go past three stop lights, turn right, go past a bank and two more stoplights, turn left, go about 6 blocks and then turn left again and go around a loopitty-loop, and then we're there!!"
Sometimes were weren't even done with our explanation before he'd ask again.
On the way home I thought I'd give him a taste of his own medicine. I asked him, "Caleb, where is Scheels? Caleb, where is Scheels? Caleb, where is Scheels?" a good twenty times or so before I finally let him talk.
He pauses for a second and then simply said, "Somewhere."
Hmm, maybe I should've thought of that.
Also, we're slowly potty training at the moment and Caleb has discovered the joys of being naked. Potty training is going pretty well. It usually lasts until naptime and then I decide I've had enough that day. He really needs to be pushed in order to go. Peeing just gets in the way of playing as far as he's concerned.
However, peeing is totally worth being naked in his little mind! After he's done he dances around the apartment and yells, "Naked boy in the house!"

Caleb escaped after he was done pottying at my parents' house and decided to take Isaiah for a walk.

Oh no! You have gotta love it when your kid managed to run outside naked without your knowledge. We've had our boys do that quite a few times and I always wonder what the neighbors think! We do own clothes in this house, I promise!!!
He's a smarty pants alright!
He looks very smart in glasses, but not so smart naked. :)
But he sure is cute!
